This year i kicked up my acrylic painting skills a notch. I had a couple of courses at the local VHS and experimented at home as well. In contrast to my mostly digital works that I uploaded here before, the work with brushes, paint, and canvas is totally different. My ideas always turn out completely different from what I started in my mind but the process of creating something with no "undo" and endless digital tools is very exciting. Unfortunately i did not digitalize everything right when i painted it so i will upload my works in a bulk now. Enjoy and drop a comment if you like it!

I finally overcame my creative break that i started when i began working full-time. Little time and focus on other things in life were the most important factors of my decision to let go of ditigal art for some time. However, i am still very interested in creative projects and now i feel like i should have comeback and get started with this great hobby again. So I started to create a new personal website for myself in 2011. It came out quite well and can be seen at www.michaelgraf.de Another project for 2011 was to start a new creative hobby apart from a computer screen so i started to teach myself traditional painting with acrylic colors.
